I have a brow ring around my penis?

I think it might be of masturbation, or circumcision i’m not sure which one it is, please help me! – I am 14 years old – is this unusual? – P.S. Sorry for my poor English

It sounds like a circumcision scar.

The scars can range from just behind the glans to 1/2 or 2/3 of the way down the penile shaft. There are no standards for circumcision, even though they’ve done millions of them, and frequently they’re very sloppily done, sometimes by nurses and inexperienced medical students. They even have a plastic torture device called a plastibel, which strangles the foreskin, cutting off the blood flow, so that the foreskin dies, shrivels and turns black, and falls off after about a week or so.

Circumcision is male genital mutilation which always damages the penis, sexual sensitivity and sexual ability.

Circumcision is the worst hoax ever perpetrated on the male sex.

A foreskin is not a birth defect; it is a birthright.
