ring of penis
Yellow spots on inner ring of penis?

What are these in the inside ring.. I want to get it checked out at a doctor, but am frankly disturbed. Anyone know/experience them?
No pictures.. they are snall yellow spots that appear at the inner penis.. they look quite disgusting and I just noticed them.

Sorry to say but that sounds like STD
