Bumps on my penis? (this is a serious question)?

I have small (like 1/4 of a millimeter) tiny red bumps (barely noticable) on the ring around the head of my penis. They do not itch and I barely noticed them when I was going to the bathroom. I have never had sex either.

ah yes, you have what is called pearly penile papules. You can confirm this if they are kind of around the head of the penis, and they seem to be in a very organized column. This is completely safe, and it’s not harmful at all. Some men get it and some men don’t. Don’t worry, it’s not an STD. I just learned about this in my Human Sexuality and Sex Education class.
