ring on penis head
Frenulum is attached to the back of penis head close to the top, circumcision not an option…?

Okay, since i am able to remember properly I have had phimosis in not being able to retract the foreskin very much even with partial or substantial force. I have only just noticed that my frenulum is attached to the top of my head near the foreskin opening, allowing me to retract the frontal part of the foreskin partially but not that back as the frenulum is attached to it. I am due to get preputioplasty or various incisions in order to cut the preputial ring to hopefully make my foreskin retractable. But would this also not work due to the overly-attached frenulum?. My penis is 6.25′ – 6.5′ when fully aroused even with phimosis and the frenulum problem and I am past the pre-pubescent stage so it is not the child version. I am also 15 years of age, coming on 16.

Will preputioplasty or other minor incisions benefit me, while not scarring? and what am I able to do about my frenulum?,

Thank you for your time.

You need to talk to a anti-circ doctor I think a little bit here because most doctors are just going to want to chop it off. At least the doctors I know. Try talking to a doctor about gettins steriod creams for it and helping both your foreskin and your frenulum stretch a bit. I have never heard of a case of phismosis that couldn’t be fixed. Even a lot of guys that get circumcised because of it didn’t really need to be circumcised. The foreskin can stretch incredibly you just need to slowly get it to stretch. You can fix this problem without any operation. (I don’t know about the frnulum part though).
