Penis trouble after masturbation?

I am 14 years old and masturbate like 3 times a week usually. But, since ive been doing it for a while now, my penis has sort of a swollen ring around it right under the head. this doesnt hurt or anything, but im just worried about it. when i first started to masturbate, i got it after a couple of days, but then i stopped masturbating for a few days and it went away. but then i just kept masturbating and i havent for two weeks now but it is still there. does anyone know whats wrong or what i should do??
