Is it safe to use KY warming lubricant jelly when pregnant?
My doctor OK’ed KY lubricant jelly, but we’d like to try the warming kind. Does anybody know? (I’m 19 weeks, BTW).
i would give your a doctor a call just to double check and also look to see if there is a warning label but i don’t see why there would be any problems with it but if your doctor ok’ed ky i don’t think there will be a problem
so far i’ve tried astroglide, KY and other brands i can’t remember right now and all have been water based. anytime i use the lube it burns like crazy. does that mean im allergic to it?
none of them were heated they were all just normal lube.
i’m not allergic to latex, because ive used latex condoms and other latex things, its just when i use the lube by itself is when it burns.
Yes you could be allergic to lube, but be aware latex allergy is a thing that progresses…speaking from experience here!
I was at a tat shop buying new plugs and the owner of the store told me if i had trouble getting my plugs in to use K-Y jelly to help them slip in. That just didn’t sound good to me but then again I’m not a pro. By the way my ears were at 7/16(11mm) and i was going up to 1/2in (12.7mm) if that makes any difference.
You can but there are better things to use like vitamin E, jojoba, or emu oil. They help the stretch and and help breakdown/slow the development of scar tissue.
My dad was in my room looking for a tie and I forgot I left my lube on my night stand with the used tissues and the tissue box from my jacking off when I woke up. Anyone know any good (commercially available) lubes? Especially for jerking off. I’ve used Elbow Grease but I don’t like it much because it gets dry and sticky after a while. I’d prefer a water based one that can be used for sex and for jerking, but I’m open to suggestions.

Yes, KY is a water based lubricant, and it is basically like having sex in the shower or hot tub or something. Even if there was a possibility of it reaching the baby (which there isn’t), it would be completely safe.
